This policy outlines the shipping, delivery, and exchange process for The Little Wonder Grove.

1. Service Area

Our delivery services are exclusively available within the following pin codes in Hyderabad: 500084, 500081, 500032, and 500089. Please enter your address during sign-up to confirm eligibility.

2. Delivery & Swap Timelines

The entire swap process is typically completed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. The Swap Process

Request a swap via your 'My Grove' dashboard. Our team will schedule the swap and notify you. Please have your return books ready in the original reusable packaging. Our agent will collect your return package and hand over your new books in a single visit.

4. Packaging

All returns must be made in the reusable packaging provided. A fee may be assessed for lost or damaged packaging.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our agent will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, a third attempt may be scheduled for an additional convenience fee.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., public holidays, strikes, extreme weather).
